     I am a Watsu Practitioner giving warn water therapeutic body work to people. This requires a strong core of strength to float and move a client through the water. I thought I was good with my posture before using the Perfectore, however; once I began to use this support system, my ability to be connected in my muscles definitely improved my postural stances and increased my stamina, which I was pleasantly surprised to notice!
      I also wear and use the Perfectore while doing activities on land. I have noticed that the pain in my left shoulder area has "disappeared" , this was acquired from using the computer.  Another benefit is added strength and flexibility while doing the exercises that are recommended- I especially like the crunchers, I have included some other stretches, as I feel better while I wear it.
Lastly, my clothes are fitting better!
